Speditionsversand
Fahrräder und Fahrzeuge werden mit der Spedition GoExpress versandt. Den genauen Liefertermin stimmen wir vorher mit dir ab . Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Bestelleingang.
Die Lieferung findet immer zwischen 8 und 15 Uhr statt. In diesem Zeitraum muss zwingend jemand Zuhause sein, um die Lieferung entgegenzunehmen. Du kannst natürlich als Lieferadresse auch deinen Nachbarn oder eine Person angeben, die in dieser Zeit anzutreffen ist.
Was muss ich tun wenn meine Bestellung angeliefert wird?
- Bitte kontrolliere bei Lieferung direkt, ob der Karton offensichtliche Schäden aufweist und unterschreibe erst dann beim Spediteur.
- Falls eine Beschädigung vorhanden ist, dokumentiere diese unbedingt per Foto und prüfe beim Auspacken, ob die Beschädigung einen Schaden an der Ware selbst verursacht hat.
- Falls ja, melde dich umgehend bei uns und wir finden eine Lösung! Ansonsten folge unserer Montageanleitung. Wichtig! Karton nicht direkt entsorgen, falls eine Reklamation anfallen sollte oder etwas mit deinem gelieferten Produkt nicht passt.
